We offer several storage options for our Mac mini devices: 1) No extra storage: Use only the built-in storage that comes with your Mac mini. 2) 1TB extra storage: Add 1TB of SSD storage to your Mac mini for additional space ($17/month, $10 setup fee or €15/month, €10 setup fee). 3) 2TB extra storage: Add 2TB of SSD storage to your Mac mini for maximum capacity ($28/month, $10 setup fee or €25/month, €8 setup fee). These storage options can be selected when ordering your Mac mini.

Can I remotely restart my cloud instance?

Yes, you can now remotely force a restart of your cloud instance from your customer dashboard.

Can I cancel my plan any time?

We believe in complete flexibility and transparency with our terms and conditions, no strings attached. Therefore we offer a monthly contract which you can cancel at any moment. Just cancel your subscription in your account, send us an e-mail or chat with us online.

Which macOS versions and what type of processor are used in the Mac mini M4?

The Operating System running on all our Mac mini M4 is macOS Sequoia 15 by default. Linux OS or Windows OS are not supported and thus can't be executed on the Mac mini M4. The Mac mini Apple M4 chip is an Apple Silicon processor: a powerful 10-core CPU running at up to 4.4 GHz.

Is there a minimum allocation period for Mac mini?

Due to license constraints, the minimum lease for Apple silicon-as-a-Service is 1 month. As a result, a Mac mini M4 can only be deleted after a minimum allocation period of 1 month.

An Apple Mac Mini M4 is a 100% dedicated machine, with no hypervisor and available in less than 5 minutes. You have full control over the resources and applications installed on the server, for maximum performance and security.

For Dedicated Mac Servers we offer access with RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) solutions like Teamviewer or Anydesk. For managed/shared Mac Servers we offer access to the built-in macOS VNC server.

Performance to a shared Mac Cloud solution is always depending on the connectivity of both user and provider. Therefore we chose to upgrade our connection to a high-class fiber connection.
